Within a given energy field, whether generated in nature or left by human experiences, are disturbances that can affect our health and well being. The first task of clearing is to identify and release these disturbing charges. Some of the fields we examine include features of the earth such as fault lines, underground water or the earth’s magnetic field.
In addition are fields created by technology, as well as patterns left in the environment by the emotional or mental states of people.
In the clearing process we recognize patterns which are stuck. We unknowingly hold these patterns in place with our attitudes and reactions to them. The change in a disturbing charge is brought about by consciously giving awareness to what is experienced, without judgment, fear or sense of ownership.
How is this done?
The human body contains electromagnetic fields that vibrate at specific frequencies. Matter in general has a vibration frequency that can be determined by measurement.
We can take a tuning fork for an example:
When a tuning fork is struck and brought close to something vibrating at a lower frequency, the tuning fork causes that object’s frequency to shift towards that of the tuning fork. This can be demonstrated by touching a vibrating tuning fork to a pane of glass in a window. When lifted away, you will hear the window vibrating at the same frequency as the tuning fork.
In just this way the clearing process holds a vibration, or a space into which the restricted or disturbed energy can shift. It is important for the person clearing to remain present in an open, non-judgmental state during this process, allowing positive changes to occur.
Clearing creates a resonance which allows disturbed energy to return to a state of balance.
In this way we develop unconditional awareness.
